We want every SwiftMount installation to leave you happy. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply, how to request one, and how long they take to process.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (weather, technician illness, etc.), you may choose between a full refund and a rebooking at no charge.
Our work is backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we will return and remediate the work at no cost. In most workmanship cases we repair rather than refund — but if a repair isn't possible, you'll receive a refund proportional to the affected service.
If our technician damages your property during a job, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs. We will assess promptly and either repair the damage, arrange a third-party repair at our expense, or issue a refund equal to the reasonable cost of repair, at our discretion.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most concerns can be resolved faster directly with our team.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking is the one that applies to your service.
