Welcome to SwiftMount. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SwiftMount website, booking platform, and TV wall mounting services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing swiftmount.online or scheduling a service with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and authorized to request work at the service address you provide.
SwiftMount provides residential and light-commercial television wall-mounting services, including flat mounts, full-motion mounts, cable concealment, fireplace mounts, and related setup tasks. Specific service inclusions, exclusions, and pricing are described on our Services page and may be updated from time to time.
Bookings may be made through our website, by email, or by phone. A booking is considered confirmed once we have sent you written confirmation of the date, time, and service.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the installation differs materially from what was originally described (for example, undisclosed wall type, additional cabling, or extra TVs).
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic transfers. Outstanding balances may accrue a late-payment fee after 14 days.
SwiftMount may also reschedule an appointment in cases of severe weather, technician illness, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available slot.
We guarantee our installation workmanship for five (5) years from the date of service. If a mounted television fails due to faulty installation within this period, we will return and remediate the work at no cost. This warranty does not cover hardware failures, TV malfunctions, damage caused by impact, unauthorized modifications, or removal/reinstallation by a third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftMount's total liability arising out of or relating to any single service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost data, or damage to electronic content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and the SwiftMount brand — is the property of SwiftMount or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SwiftMount operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
